As we monitor information and updates related to coronavirus (COVID-19), we’re all aware of the importance of navigating through our daily lives more healthily and consciously, and Worcester Credit Union will continue to act with the health and safety of our members and employees being our top priority.


At this time, our operating hours have not been affected. However, we understand you might be taking more precautions and limiting your face-to-face activities outside the home. With this in mind, we wanted to remind you of functions and services available online and by phone.

You can do your everyday banking 24/7 from any device or carrier with our mobile banking service. Some of the features:

  • Mobile check deposit
  • Funds transfer
  • Online bill pay
  • Loan payments
  • Fingerprint touch ID

If you don’t already have the mobile banking app you may download it here for Apple devices or here for Android devices.

Card Controls, accessible via our mobile banking app menu, will help you monitor your transactions, set alerts and turn your card on/off at anytime from anywhere.

If you are not already using our Electronic Services Options, we encourage you to call us today so we may assist you in obtaining access.

Telebanking 24/7

Manage your accounts around-the-clock, from anywhere with our 24-Hour Telephone Teller Service. Simply call 1-888-621-2295 and check account balances, transfer funds or make loan payments.

Online and Mobile Banking support is also available 24/7 by calling 1-844-824-9390.


The Drive-up window at 520 West Boylston Street, Worcester, MA 01606 is available (see our Locations, Hours & Numbers) and services have been expanded past the normally limited one transaction deposit or withdrawal to accommodate anyone who prefers to limit face to face interaction.


ATM’s at 520 West Boylston Street, Worcester, MA 01606 are available 24/7 in addition to more than 55,000 fee free ATM’s in our network.


Worcester Credit Union has ramped up cleaning services at our locations and have added hand sanitizer at the front entrance and at all workstations. Sanitizing wipes are near workstations and counters so that employees can keep them continuously cleaned. to monitor our environmental cleaning approach at our branches to ensure that everyone’s workspaces and public spaces are cleaned properly and often. We’re adopting best practices for cleaning and disinfecting for public spaces as provided by the Center of Disease Control (CDC) and will seek advice from the CDC as needed.

Worcester Credit Union also urges you to please stay informed on the latest developments, and to follow the advice given by national and local authorities as well as your employers on how to protect yourself and others from COVID-19.
