Worcester Credit Union Potential Fraud Alert 

1. Members are reporting fraud phone calls fishing (phishing) for their online and mobile banking passwords. The caller claims to be a Worcester Credit Union employee who says suspicious activity occured on their account. These calls are NOT from Worcester Credit Union.
2. The caller will ask for login information for online and mobile banking. Worcester Credit Union staff will never call you and ask for your personal login information for online or mobile banking.
3. Hang up immediately.
4. To report the call or confirm that the call is fake, dial our number directly: 508-853-9966. DO NOT USE the caller's number shown on your phone or use callback if the number is Worcester Credit Unions number. Fraudsters can mask their actual number.

We recommend that you change your online and mobile passwords if you recieve a possible fraud call.
